Delivery & Returns

UK Standard Delivery (excluding N. Ireland) – £3.95 – within 3-5 working days of payment.

Ireland & N. Ireland Standard Delivery – £4.95 – within 3-7 working days of payment.

EU Countries – £6.95 – within 7 working days of payment.

Next Day Delivery – UK Mainland only (excluding Scottish Highlands) – £6.00. Orders placed at the weekend/bank holidays or after 5pm will be processed on the next working day.

Free Standard Delivery – UK (excluding N. Ireland) – for orders above £30.

Free Standard Delivery – Ireland, N. Ireland & EU Countries – for orders above £45.

Your custom is very important to us so we hope to resolve any issues as quickly as possible. When you receive your Top Herd Jerky & Skinny Salami, we hope you will be happy with what you receive, but please check it as soon as possible and always before you open the packaging.

We apologise if you have received the wrong product by mistake. This is very unusual but of course mistakes do occasionally happen. We are committed to resolving this as quickly as possible for you.
To receive a refund, or a replacement, we ask that you email us at customerservices@topherd.co.uk to inform us of the mistake and post the product (unopened and in its original packaging) back to us at Top Herd, Up Top Field, PO Box 881, Great Missenden HP16 6AZ within 14 days from the day on which you received the item.

Please accept our apologies if you have received any product that is damaged or faulty. We understand how frustrating this can be and want to resolve this as quickly as possible for you. If you believe that the product is faulty, please let us know and post the product back to us at Top Herd, Up Top Field, PO Box 881, Great Missenden HP16 6AZ so that we can resolve the issue quickly.

If you have used our standard delivery service, you can expect your product to arrive within 3 – 5 working days of receiving payment.

In order to qualify for the next working day delivery service you must make your order before 5pm (Monday – Friday only). You order then has time to be processed and sent out for you to receive the following day.

Any orders taken at the weekend/ bank holidays, or after 5pm will be processed on the next working day and sent out for you to receive the following day.

Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland

If you live in the Republic of Ireland or Northern Ireland, you can expect your product to arrive within 5 – 7 working days after receipt of payment. Im afraid that there is no special next day delivery service to Ireland available at the moment.

  1. Get in touch and inform us of the issue within 14 days of receiving your product.
  2. Please send the product (unopened and in its original packaging) back to us Top Herd, Up Top Field PO Box 881, Great Missenden, HP16 6AZ.
  3. Please print off “your item has been shipped” email and include this inside your package so that we know who the package and goods are from.
  4. Please obtain a proof of postage from the Post Office when you send your package to us. Proof of postage does not cost anything. Without it, however, we may not be able to process your refund or replacement in the rare event that your item is lost in transit.

 

Please also note, that any item you have accepted and then return, is your responsibility until it reaches our warehouse. Please therefore ensure that you send your product back to us using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.

Please note that we can only refund the postage costs for returning an item where:

  1. We sent you the wrong product, or the product is damaged or faulty.

We will not refund postage for items found to be in good working order, and where you have changed your mind.

If you are not satisfied with the way in which we have handled the return or replacement of our product, we sincerely apologise.
