  1. Get in touch and inform us of the issue within 14 days of receiving your product.
  2. Please send the product (unopened and in its original packaging) back to us Top Herd, Up Top Field PO Box 881, Great Missenden, HP16 6AZ.
  3. Please print off “your item has been shipped” email and include this inside your package so that we know who the package and goods are from.
  4. Please obtain a proof of postage from the Post Office when you send your package to us. Proof of postage does not cost anything. Without it, however, we may not be able to process your refund or replacement in the rare event that your item is lost in transit.

 

Please also note, that any item you have accepted and then return, is your responsibility until it reaches our warehouse. Please therefore ensure that you send your product back to us using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.
