1.Toast the protein rich hazelnuts on a medium heat in a dry pan for 2-3 minutes moving them around so they don’t burn. Then set them aside

2. Add a little oil to the pan and saute the sliced halloumi until each side is lightly browned

3. Blanch the green beans in boiling water for 3-4 minutes, then plunge into cold water to stop the cooking and pat dry

4. To assemble the salad add the rest of the ingredients to a bowl along with the Top Herd Tangy Tomato Beef Jerky, gently toss and serve

- 70g hazelnuts

- 2 tbs olive oil

- 250g halloumi cheese cut into 1cm slices

- i tbs hazelnut oil

- 400g green beans

- handful of mint leaves, chopped

- Zest of one orange

- Cherry tomatoes

- 1 small clove of finely chopped garlic

- 70g Top Herd Tangy Tomato Beef Jerky

- 20g chopped chives

- Sea salt & Black Pepper

- Juice of half a lemon
