Instructions

1. Heat the olive oil in a wok and saute the onions for a couple of minutes

2. Add the cabbage, apple, salt, pepper, red wine vinegar and sage leaves to the pan

3. Cook for 5 minutes until the savoy cabbage softens a little but remain bright green

4. Add the lentils toward the end and stir through

5. In another small pan, and on a low heat, warm a dressing of olive oil, garlic, Honey Mustard Pork Jerky,
apple juice, mustard, salt and pepper and low fat yoghurt

6. Serve on a plate with the cabbage on the bottom and the lentils and Top Herd Honey Mustard Pork Jerky on top

- 1 tablespoon olive oil

- 1 chopped garlic clove

- 1 large reg onion chopped

- 1 pack of Top Herd Honey Mustard Pork Jerky

- 1/2 small savoy cabbage, finely shredded

- 1 can of green lentils, drained and rinsed well

- 2 Red Apples, cored and sliced

- 1 tbs Dijon mustard

- Sea salt & black pepper

- 100ml apple juice

- 1 tbs red wine vinegar

- 125ml low fat Greek yoghurt

- 1/2 tbs chopped sages leaves (optional)
