We apologise if you have received the wrong product by mistake. This is very unusual but of course mistakes do occasionally happen. We are committed to resolving this as quickly as possible for you.
To receive a refund, or a replacement, we ask that you email us at customerservices@topherd.co.uk to inform us of the mistake and post the product (unopened and in its original packaging) back to us at Top Herd, Up Top Field, PO Box 881, Great Missenden HP16 6AZ within 14 days from the day on which you received the item.
